Do we provide demo boards?
No, we do not at this time.
Are the boards magnetic?
The tri-fold boards are not magnetic but the Police Board (PMB) is magnetic.
What comes with the board?
A carrying case, light, mounting strap, black dry erase marker, eraser and a microfiber towel.
Do you sell the stand/easel for the boards?
No, but you can find the telescopic easel on Amazon.
Can I use any markers on the boards?
No, you can only use a dry erase marker on the boards. We suggest the Expo Dry Erase Marker.
What is the difference between the Patrol Sergeant and Watch Commander Boards?
Patrol Sergeant (8 lbs)
- Closed: 19" x 34" x 1.5"
- Open: 38" x 24" x 0.75"
- 2 boxes for suspect information
- 2 boxes for unified command/mutual aid
Watch Commander (15 lbs)
- Closed: 24" x 32" x 1.5"

How do I care for the boards?
- Only use dry erase markers on the board.
- Remove protective film from all three panels before using.
- To clean the panels, add warm water to the microfiber towel to remove any leftover marks or ghosting from markers left on the board.
- DO NOT USE any cleaning products on the panels which might cause damage.
What do I do if the product is damaged or has missing parts?
Please inspect the board to make sure there is no damage or missing parts. All damaged boards or missing parts must be reported to us within 72 hours upon delivery. Contact us immediately at: sales@leocommandboards.com or (805) 261-0681.
What if I need to purchase replacement accessories?
Email sales@leocommandboards.com with info on what items you need replaced.
Is there a discounted rate if multiple boards are purchased?
No, each board is sold separately.
Can the boards be custom ordered?
Yes. However, you will have to order a minimum of 20 boards.
Are the boards available in a different language?
Yes! Please contact us for details.
What forms of payment do we accept?
Purchase order, check, or a credit card (with a fee).
How long will it take to get a board?
It will take 4 to 6 weeks.
